Safety
Glyco Harmony Side Effects: Is It Safe and What to Watch For
No study has reported Glyco Harmony side effects, so its safety is unknown. The label asks pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a medical condition to see a physician first. Single names in the 200 mg blend carry cautions with diabetes medicine, liver health, blood pressure and caffeine. Amounts are not printed.

The short answer01
Is Glyco Harmony safe?
Nobody can say Glyco Harmony is safe or unsafe, because no study has tested these drops. The safest reading is to treat it as an unknown mix and ask a pharmacist.
The label gives one warning set. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and people with a medical condition should consult a physician. The FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements).
There is a second problem. The 22 names share 200 mg and the label gives no single amounts. The cautions below come from sources on each name, usually at larger doses than this blend can hold. That may lower the risk. It cannot be assumed.
By ingredient02
What are the possible side effects of Glyco Harmony?
The possible side effects of Glyco Harmony are those reported for its single names, such as upset stomach, trouble sleeping, low blood sugar and, rarely, liver injury. They are listed by source, not seen in this product.
Each row shows the amount the label allows for that name. The ceiling is 200 divided by the name's place in the list.
| Name | What a source reports |
|---|---|
| Chromium picolinate (0.7 mcg) | May add to insulin and metformin, and may lower levothyroxine absorption (NIH ODS, Chromium fact sheet). |
| Guarana (at most 66.7 mg) | A caffeine source: nausea, poor sleep, and at large amounts heartbeat changes (MSK, Guarana). |
| Maca (at least 9.09 mg) | Upset stomach, mood change and poor sleep were reported (MSK, Maca). |
| Green tea (at most 28.6 mg) | Liver injury is uncommon but reported with extracts (LiverTox, Green Tea). |
| Gymnema (at most 25 mg) | One case of jaundice on gymnema tea; may add to diabetes medicine (LiverTox, Gymnema). |
| Coleus forskohlii (at most 22.2 mg) | May lower blood pressure and slow the heart; bleeding risk with warfarin (MSK, Forskolin (Coleus forskohlii)). |
| L-arginine (at most 12.5 mg) | May lower blood sugar and blood pressure (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine). |
| Glycyrrhizinate (at most 11.1 mg) | Licorice compounds can raise blood pressure and lower potassium (NCCIH, Licorice Root). |
| L-carnitine (at most 9.09 mg) | Nausea and cramps near 3 g a day; seizures in people prone to them (NIH ODS, Carnitine fact sheet). |
Those are cautions at the doses studied. The ceilings above are far smaller, so the real exposure is unknown. See all 23 label lines.
Interactions03
Does Glyco Harmony interact with medicines?
It may. No interaction test of Glyco Harmony exists, but several names have interaction notes, and a pharmacist can match them to your list.
The biggest group is diabetes medicine. Chromium, L-arginine, Asian ginseng and gymnema each have a source saying they may add to the effect of insulin or diabetes pills, so low blood sugar is possible (NIH ODS, Chromium fact sheet) (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine) (NCCIH, Asian Ginseng) (LiverTox, Gymnema).
Grapefruit is another. The FDA documents that grapefruit juice changes how some medicines work (FDA, Grapefruit juice and some drugs). The label lists a grapefruit fruit extract (name 11), and no source says whether the extract does the same. Ask your pharmacist.
- Blood thinners: ginseng and coleus carry notes (LiverTox, Ginseng).
- Blood-pressure medicine: arginine, coleus and licorice compounds carry notes.
- Antidepressants: tell your pharmacist about the L-tryptophan name.
- Statins: green tea can lower atorvastatin levels (NCCIH, Green Tea).
Quick check04
Which Glyco Harmony safety concerns apply to you?
Five questions show whether your medicines or health put you in a group that should ask first. The result is a prompt to talk to a professional, not advice.
Body systems05
Can Glyco Harmony affect your liver, heart or blood pressure?
Possibly, in people who are sensitive. Single names in the blend carry reports for the liver, the heart and blood pressure, but nothing ties them to this product.
Green tea extract has the most liver reports, mostly with capsules and tablets (LiverTox, Green Tea). Licorice compounds have affected blood pressure and potassium, and small amounts have hurt some people with high blood pressure (NCCIH, Licorice Root).
Guarana is a natural caffeine source, and the label prints no caffeine amount. If you avoid caffeine, count this name.

On the label07
What do the Glyco Harmony label warnings say?
The label has two warning lines: do not exceed the recommended dose, and ask a physician first if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18 or have a known medical condition.
The bottom band adds: keep out of the reach of children, do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing, and store in a cool, dry place. No allergen statement is printed.
Among the other ingredients, xylitol is dangerous to dogs (FDA, Xylitol and dogs). The FDA does not question the safety of stevia at 95% purity or more (FDA, Aspartame and Other Sweeteners in Food (stevia)); the label names 97%.

Beyond the ingredients08
What other safety concerns come with a blood sugar supplement?
The wider concern is trust. FDA lab tests have found hidden prescription drugs, such as glyburide and metformin, in some glucose supplements (FDA, Hidden drugs in SugarMD glucose supplement).
No source tested Glyco Harmony for that, and nothing suggests it holds a drug. But the label names no maker, no certifier and no lab. See testing and quality.
Keep taking prescribed medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist before adding a supplement, and never change insulin or diabetes medicine because of one.
FAQ09
Glyco Harmony safety FAQ
Does Glyco Harmony cause stomach upset?
It might. Some names in the blend list stomach upset, nausea or gas in their sources, including maca, capsicum and L-carnitine at larger doses. No source reports stomach upset for Glyco Harmony itself. Stop and call a doctor if it persists.
Can Glyco Harmony cause low blood sugar?
It may, for people on diabetes medicine. Chromium, L-arginine, ginseng and gymnema each have a source saying they may add to the effect of insulin or diabetes pills. Shakiness, sweat or confusion needs your usual low blood sugar plan.
Is Glyco Harmony safe for your liver?
That is unknown. Green tea extract and gymnema each have liver reports in their sources, mostly at higher doses. Yellow skin or eyes or dark urine means stop and call your doctor. Ask first if you have liver disease.
Is Glyco Harmony safe for people with high blood pressure?
Ask your doctor first. Licorice compounds in the blend can raise blood pressure, while arginine and coleus can lower it. Guarana is a caffeine source. The label prints none of these amounts.
Are the stevia and xylitol in Glyco Harmony safe?
Stevia at 95% purity or more is accepted by the FDA, and the label names 97%. Xylitol is dangerous to dogs. Keep the bottle away from pets.
How do you report a Glyco Harmony side effect?
Tell your doctor first, then the seller's order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480. You can also report to the FDA's MedWatch program. Keep the bottle, lot number and the date of the reaction ready.
