Glyco Harmony Liquid Drops Official Website: Chromium and a 22-Name Blend for Blood Sugar Support
Quick answer
Glyco Harmony is a dietary supplement sold as liquid drops in a 2 fl oz (60 mL) dropper bottle. The label says to take 1 or 2 droppers full a day. One 1 mL serving lists 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 names with no single amounts. No study has tested the product, and it is not a diabetes medicine.
Glyco Harmony is a dietary supplement in liquid form: an amber glass bottle with a black dropper, a white and red label, and 2 fl oz (60 mL) of liquid. One serving is 1 mL, so a bottle holds 60 servings.
The front of the label reads "GLYCO HARMONY", "Blood Sugar Support*", "Dietary Supplement" and "2 fl oz / 60 ml". The star leads to the FDA statement: these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. "Blood Sugar Support" is wording on a label. It is not a test result.
The Supplement Facts panel has 23 lines. One is chromium (as chromium picolinate), 0.7 mcg, 2% of the Daily Value. The other 22 are names inside a 200 mg "Proprietary Blend" with no single amounts. Sweeteners in the drops are stevia and xylitol, and xylitol is dangerous to dogs (FDA, Xylitol and dogs).
People also search for it as Glycoharmony or Glyco Harmony drops. This site covers the liquid drops on this label. The FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements).

The 22 names03
What is in the Glyco Harmony proprietary blend?
The blend weighs 200 mg per 1 mL serving and lists 22 names. The label gives no single amounts, but the rule it follows still sets a limit on each name.
A proprietary blend lists its names in descending order by weight (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36 (proprietary blends)). So name 1 (maca) is at least 200 ÷ 22 = 9.09 mg, and name k can weigh at most 200 ÷ k mg. Move over a bar to see the limit for that name.
The 22 names in the blend: the most each can weigh
Hover, tap or focus a row. The rule lists names from the heaviest to the lightest, so name k weighs at most 200 ÷ k mg, and name 1 weighs at least 200 ÷ 22 = 9.09 mg.
ceiling (at most)floor of name 1 (at least 9.09 mg)equal share, 200 ÷ 22 = 9.09 mg
The 22 ceilings add up to about 738 mg, nearly four times the 200 mg blend, so most names must sit well below their ceilings. No real amount is printed. The blend is also at most about a fifth of each mL by weight, since a mL of liquid weighs about 1 g or more.
The same 22 names, filtered by type, with the chromium line first:
From the Supplement Facts panel, in label order, per 1 mL serving. The blend lines show ceilings (or the floor for name 1), not amounts. Other ingredients (glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract, xylitol, preservatives, citric acid, natural flavors) carry no amount.
No study has tested Glyco Harmony, so nobody can say what it does for blood sugar. The research on single names is mixed, and the amounts studied are far above what the label allows.
Chromium is a good example. The label has 0.7 mcg per 1 mL. Chromium-only products usually give 200 to 500 mcg a day, and an overview of trials found small changes of unclear importance (Yin and Phung 2015, chromium and A1C). The American Diabetes Association finds no benefit from supplements for people without a deficiency (American Diabetes Association, Vitamins and Supplements).
For most of the 22 names we found no human trial on blood sugar at all, and for a few we found no verified source. The sales page headline is "The Easiest Way to Manage Type 2". A supplement is not shown to manage type 2 diabetes, and this one has not been studied.
Label front“Blood Sugar Support*”A structure/function phrase. The star leads to the FDA statement: not evaluated, not meant to treat any disease. The FDA does not approve supplements before sale. (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements)
Dose check“200 mg blend of 22 names”The rule does not require single amounts, so each name shares 200 mg: at most 25 mg for gymnema, 28.6 mg for green tea, 16.7 mg for ginseng. No study tested this mix. (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36 (proprietary blends))
Claims as printed on the label. Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
Keep your care plan
Keep taking prescribed medicine, keep your follow-up visits, and ask your doctor or pharmacist before you add a supplement. Never change insulin or diabetes medicine because of one. The full review is on claims vs evidence.
How long a bottle lasts05
How many days is one Glyco Harmony bottle?
At 1 mL a day a 60 mL bottle lasts 60 days; at 2 mL a day it lasts 30. That holds only if one dropper full is 1 mL, and the label does not say what a dropper holds.
The label sets the serving at 1 mL and the dose at 1 or 2 droppers full. This site assumes 1 dropper = 1 mL and shows that as an assumption. Slide it to match your dropper, then read how many bottles cover 30, 60 or 90 days.
How long does one 60 mL bottle last?
Bottle 1 · 60 dBottle 2 · 30 d

At 1 dropper of 1.0 mL a day you use 1 mL. One 60 mL bottle (60 servings) lasts about 60 days. For 30 days you need 1 bottle, for 60 days 1, for 90 days 2.
Static version, assuming one dropper full is 1 mL (an assumption, not a label fact).

Illustration: simple arithmetic from the label, not a measurement of your dropper. The label says 60 servings of 1 mL per bottle and 1 or 2 droppers full a day. At 2 droppers the label amounts double (400 mg blend, 1.4 mcg chromium a day if a dropper is 1 mL). Buy by the table, not by the sales page's supply labels.
The sales page's 60, 120 and 240 day labels for 2, 4 and 8 bottles fit 2 mL a day. More on packs and pricing.
How you take it06
How do you take Glyco Harmony drops?
Shake the bottle well, fill the dropper once or twice, place the drops in your mouth and swallow. The label says 1 or 2 droppers full daily, and not to exceed the recommended dose.
The label prints it this way: "Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Place in mouth and swallow." It names no time of day and no food rule. The sales page suggests the morning before a meal; that is not on the label. Keep the bottle away from heat, light and humidity.
01
Check the seal and your medicines
On a new bottle, check that the safety seal is intact and read the Supplement Facts. List every medicine you take, especially insulin, diabetes pills, blood-pressure and blood-thinner medicines.
02
Shake well
The label says shake well before each use. The drops are a liquid.
03
Fill the dropper: 1 or 2 droppers full
The label says 1 or 2 droppers full daily. It does not say how much a dropper holds. The serving size is 1 mL, so this site assumes one dropper full is 1 mL; check the dropper that came with your bottle.
04
Place in the mouth and swallow
The label's directions end there. It names no time of day or food rule. The sales page FAQ suggests mornings before a meal; that is not on the label.
05
Keep your plan and your notes
A bottle holds 60 mL. At 1 mL a day it lasts 60 days; at 2 mL a day, 30 days. Keep every prescribed medicine, meter check and doctor visit exactly as your team set them.
The label sets 1 or 2 droppers a day, prints one amount and a blend total, and warns pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a medical condition to ask a physician first.
It names the distributor, Instituto Experience of Lakeland, Florida, as printed on the label. The maker is not named. A badge says "Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients", and a footnote says the product was made in an FDA registered facility. Registration is not approval.
The numbered spots explain each part. On a phone the label scrolls sideways.
Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Place in mouth and swallow.

Glyco Harmony is a dietary supplement in liquid drops, in a 2 fl oz (60 mL) dropper bottle. One 1 mL serving lists 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 names, with 60 servings in a bottle.
How many droppers of Glyco Harmony a day?
The label says to shake well and take 1 or 2 droppers full daily, placed in the mouth and swallowed. Do not take more than the label says. The label does not say how much a dropper holds.
Is Glyco Harmony drops or capsules?
Drops. A sales page FAQ mentions 2 capsules daily, but this label shows a liquid with a dropper and no capsule form. This site follows the label.
Is Glyco Harmony FDA approved?
No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. The label carries the standard statement that its claims were not evaluated by the FDA, and a footnote that the facility is FDA registered, which is not approval.
Can Glyco Harmony replace my diabetes medicine?
No. Keep taking prescribed medicine and keep your follow-up visits. Never change insulin or diabetes medicine because of a supplement. Ask your doctor or pharmacist before you add it.
How long does one bottle last?
If one dropper full is 1 mL, a bottle lasts 60 days at 1 dropper a day and 30 days at 2 droppers a day. The label does not define a dropper, so that is an assumption.
Why does the label not show amounts for the 22 names?
It is a proprietary blend: only the 200 mg total and the names, in descending order by weight, must be printed. That means name k can weigh at most 200 ÷ k mg, and the first name at least 9.09 mg.
How much does Glyco Harmony cost?
The sales page shows 2 bottles for $158, 4 bottles for $177 and 8 bottles for $294, as read on October 27, 2026. Confirm the live price, shipping and the guarantee terms at checkout.
