Drops, not capsules
Glyco Harmony Capsules, Pills or Gummies? What the Label Says About the Form
Glyco Harmony is sold as liquid drops, not as capsules, pills or gummies. The bottle is a 2 fl oz (60 mL) amber glass dropper bottle, and the label says to take 1 or 2 droppers full a day. A sales page FAQ that says "2 capsules daily" does not match the label, so this site follows the label.

The short answer01
Does Glyco Harmony come as capsules, pills or gummies?
No. Glyco Harmony comes as liquid drops in a 2 fl oz (60 mL) amber glass bottle with a black dropper. We know of no Glyco Harmony capsules, pills or gummies.
The front of the label reads "GLYCO HARMONY", "Blood Sugar Support*", "Dietary Supplement" and "2 fl oz / 60 ml". The directions say: "Shake well before each use. Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Place in mouth and swallow." Shaking and a dropper only make sense for a liquid.
People type many names into a search box: Glyco Harmony capsules, pills, gummies, or just Glyco Harmony drops. Only the last one matches a product we can see. If a seller offers another form under this name, it is not the product on this label.
Liquid. One serving is 1 mL, and a bottle holds 60 servings. Nothing on the label counts capsules, tablets or pieces.
The full label is typed out on the supplement facts page.
Label vs sales page02
Why does the sales page say capsules when the label shows drops?
One line in the sales page FAQ says "Take 2 capsules daily". That line does not fit the bottle, which is a liquid with a dropper. The sales page is marketing, and the label is the document that sits on the product (Glyco Harmony sales page).
We cannot tell why the line is there. It may be text reused from another product, or a slip. Either way the label wins on this site. The table lists where the two disagree, so you can check it against your own bottle.
Label vs sales page: where they disagree
Read on October 27, 2026. When the two differ, this site follows the label. (Glyco Harmony sales page) (American Diabetes Association, Vitamins and Supplements)
| Topic | The label says | The sales page says | What this site uses |
|---|---|---|---|
| Form and dose | Liquid drops. “Take 1 or 2 droppers full daily.” | A FAQ says “2 capsules daily”. | The label. No capsule form is printed on it, so every dose on this site is in droppers. |
| How many nutrients | Chromium (0.7 mcg) plus a blend of 22 names: 23 lines. | “5 vital nutrients”, then six are named: chromium picolinate, gymnema, African mango, green tea, maca, Panax ginseng. | All 23 label lines, in label order. |
| How big is a dropper | Does not say. The serving size is 1 mL, with 60 servings in a 2 fl oz (60 mL) bottle. | Supply labels of 60, 120 and 240 days for 2, 4 and 8 bottles fit 30 days a bottle, which is 2 mL a day. | Assumes 1 dropper = 1 mL and shows 1 and 2 droppers, with a slider for your own dropper. |
| The headline | “Blood Sugar Support*”, with the FDA footnote. | “The Easiest Way to Manage Type 2”. | Quoted only to be examined. A supplement is not proven to manage type 2 diabetes, and this one has not been studied. |
A difference like this is one reason to read the label before you rely on a page. The FDA does not approve supplements or their labeling before sale, so the check is yours (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements).
Four forms compared03
What is the difference between supplement drops, capsules, pills and gummies?
Drops are a liquid you measure with a dropper. Capsules hold a powder or oil in a shell, pills (tablets) are pressed powder, and gummies are chewy candy-like pieces. Each form changes how the amount is counted.
The column for Glyco Harmony shows what its label actually says. The other columns describe the forms in general.
| Question | Glyco Harmony drops | Capsules or pills | Gummies |
|---|---|---|---|
| How you measure a dose | 1 or 2 droppers full; dropper volume not printed | Count pieces | Count pieces |
| Serving size on this label | 1 mL | Not applicable | Not applicable |
| How you take it | Shake, fill, place in mouth, swallow | Swallow with water | Chew |
| Sweeteners on this label | Stevia extract 97% (Reb A) and xylitol | Often none | Usually sugar or sweeteners |
| Count per bottle | 60 servings of 1 mL | Set by the maker | Set by the maker |
| Does the form change what the label proves? | No | No | No |
A form is not a result. Drops, capsules and gummies can each carry the same ingredients, and the form says nothing about whether the product works. No study has tested Glyco Harmony in any form.
Read the panel04
What does the Glyco Harmony label say about its form?
The label says the product is a dietary supplement, gives a serving size of 1 mL, and lists 60 servings per container. Those three facts describe a liquid.
The other ingredients start with glycerin and water. They also include organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. The list names no capsule shell, no tablet binder and no gummy base. Xylitol is dangerous to dogs, so keep the bottle where pets cannot reach it (FDA, Xylitol and dogs).
The Supplement Facts crop below is the panel from the bottle. It shows the serving size and the two kinds of lines: chromium at 0.7 mcg, and a 200 mg blend of 22 names.

The 22 names and why they carry no single amounts are on the 200 mg blend page.

How is a dropper dose different from taking capsules?
A capsule is one countable piece. A dropper is a measure the label does not define. That is the main practical difference between Glyco Harmony drops and a capsule product.
The label says to take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. The serving size is 1 mL. This site assumes one dropper full is 1 mL and always says it is an assumption. Check the dropper in your own bottle before you rely on the number.
If one dropper is 1 mL, a 60 mL bottle lasts 60 days at 1 dropper a day and 30 days at 2 droppers a day. A dropper that holds more or less shifts those numbers. The label also says not to exceed the recommended dose.
- Shake the bottle well before each use, as the label says.
- Fill the dropper to the same mark each time, so your days stay countable.
- Keep the bottle away from heat, light and humidity.
- Stay with 1 or 2 droppers full. Do not go above what the label says.
The step-by-step routine is on the how to use page.
If you see another form06
What if a seller offers Glyco Harmony capsules or gummies?
Treat it as a different product until the seller shows you a label for it. This label is for drops, and we know of no capsule, pill or gummy version.
Look-alike listings can copy a name and a photo. Third-party sellers may also not be covered by the brand's guarantee. Ask for a photo of the real Supplement Facts panel, and compare the serving size, the 22 names and the distributor line with the label on this site.
Trade-offs07
Are liquid drops a better form than capsules?
Not by themselves. A liquid form has some practical upsides and some downsides, and none of them is evidence that the product works.
What a liquid does well
- No pill to swallow.
- The dose can be one dropper or two, as the label allows.
- The label's directions are short and clear.
What a liquid leaves open
- The dropper size is not printed.
- It holds sweeteners, including xylitol, which is dangerous to dogs.
- It needs shaking and care with storage.
- The blend still hides single amounts.
If you take medicine, the form does not change the safety questions. Keep taking what you are prescribed, ask your doctor or pharmacist before adding any supplement, and never change insulin or diabetes medicine because of one. Confusion, fainting or a seizure needs 911.

Glyco Harmony capsules, pills and gummies: your questions
Are there Glyco Harmony capsules?
We know of none. The label we reviewed is for liquid drops in a 60 mL dropper bottle. One sales page FAQ mentions capsules, but the label does not, so this site follows the label.
Is Glyco Harmony a pill?
No. It is a liquid that you place in the mouth and swallow. The bottle has a dropper, the serving size is 1 mL, and nothing on the label counts pills or tablets.
Are Glyco Harmony gummies real?
We found no Glyco Harmony gummy on the label or the sales page we read. A gummy listing under this name is not the product on this label. Ask the seller for a photo of the panel.
Why does the sales page FAQ say 2 capsules daily?
We cannot say why. It may be reused text. It conflicts with the label, which says 1 or 2 droppers full daily. When a page and a label disagree, trust the label and ask the order desk.
Do drops work faster than capsules?
No source we reviewed says so for this product. No study has tested Glyco Harmony in any form, so we cannot compare how it works as drops, capsules or gummies.
Does the liquid contain sugar?
The label lists stevia extract 97% (Reb A) and xylitol as sweeteners. It does not print grams of sugar. If you have diabetes, ask your doctor or pharmacist before you add any supplement.
Is the dropper included in the bottle?
The label and bottle show a black dropper. The label does not say how much one dropper full holds, so check yours. This site assumes 1 mL, which matches the serving size.
