The label says so in a badge: "Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients". That is the full claim, and it has two halves.
The first half places the making in the U.S. The second half admits that the raw materials come from around the world. The label does not say which ingredients come from which country.
A footnote adds that the product "has been manufactured in an FDA registered facility". The facility has no name or address on the label.
