The panel shows a serving of 1 mL, 60 servings per container, one mineral with an amount and one blend with a total weight.
That makes 23 lines: chromium plus 22 names inside the blend. The bottle holds 2 fl oz, which is 60 mL.

What does 2% DV mean for the chromium line?
The 2% DV means one serving holds about 2% of the daily value set for chromium. The Adequate Intake for adults is 25 to 35 mcg, so 0.7 mcg is 2% to 2.8% of it (NIH ODS, Chromium fact sheet).
Compare it with trials. Chromium-only products usually give 200 to 500 mcg, so 0.7 mcg is under 1% of that. The percentage does not tell you the drops do anything.
Why does the 200 mg blend show no daily value?
A daily value is not established for the blend, so the dagger line has no percentage. The rule behind blends asks only for a total weight and a list in descending order (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36 (proprietary blends)).
That order gives limits, not amounts. The first name weighs at least 9.09 mg, and any name at rank k weighs at most 200 divided by k. Filter the 23 lines below by group.
