Glyco Harmony Side Effects, Name by Name

Quick answer

Glyco Harmony side effects have not been studied, because no source tested these drops. The cautions come from sources on single names in the 22-name blend, such as green tea extract, licorice compounds and L-arginine. The whole blend is 200 mg, so each name is capped at 200 divided by its rank.

What side effects does Glyco Harmony have?

No one knows the side effects of Glyco Harmony itself. No trial tested the drops, so no rate of any reaction exists.

What exists are notes on single names, usually at larger doses. They show what to watch for, not what will happen. The label asks pregnant or nursing mothers, anyone under 18 and anyone with a medical condition to consult a physician.

Which ingredients in Glyco Harmony carry the most cautions?

Green tea extract, the licorice compound, guarana and L-arginine carry the clearest cautions in the sources we checked.

Cautions by name, with the highest weight each could have

Guarana seed extract (3)66.7 mgA caffeine source; fast heartbeat and blood pressure reports at high amounts (MSK, Guarana)

L-Arginine base (16)12.5 mgMay lower blood sugar and blood pressure; ask about diabetes and blood pressure medicine (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine)
Monoammonium glycyrrhizinate (18)11.1 mgLicorice compounds can raise blood pressure and lower potassium (NCCIH, Licorice Root)

Hover, tap or focus a row. The rule lists names from the heaviest to the lightest, so name k weighs at most 200 ÷ k mg, and name 1 weighs at least 200 ÷ 22 = 9.09 mg.

ceiling (at most)floor of name 1 (at least 9.09 mg)equal share, 200 ÷ 22 = 9.09 mg

The 22 ceilings add up to about 738 mg, nearly four times the 200 mg blend, so most names must sit well below their ceilings. No real amount is printed. The blend is also at most about a fifth of each mL by weight, since a mL of liquid weighs about 1 g or more.

Can Glyco Harmony cause low blood sugar?

It might, for someone who takes insulin or diabetes pills. Chromium, L-arginine, ginseng and gymnema each have a source saying they may add to those medicines.

A level under 70 mg/dL is low (CDC, Low Blood Sugar (Hypoglycemia)). Shaking, sweating and a fast heartbeat are early signs. Confusion, fainting or a seizure needs 911.

Keep taking prescribed medicine, ask a pharmacist before adding any supplement, and never change insulin or diabetes medicine because of one. A supplement is not a diabetes medicine. The FDA has not evaluated these statements.

A small ceiling is not a safety promise, and the true split is unknown. See side effects and interactions.

FAQ01

Can Glyco Harmony drops harm the liver?

No liver report exists for this product, but sources list liver injury with green tea extract. Stop the drops and call a doctor for yellow skin or eyes, dark urine or belly pain. People with liver disease should ask first.

Is caffeine on the Glyco Harmony label?

What should you do after a rash or upset stomach from Glyco Harmony?

Stop the drops, keep the bottle and call your doctor. Swelling of the face or lips, or trouble breathing, needs 911. The label lists no allergen statement, so note every name you took.
