An Honest Look at Glyco Harmony, Read From the Label
An honest Glyco Harmony review has two columns. Solid: a clear serving of 1 mL, 60 servings and two printed numbers, 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg blend. Missing: single amounts for 22 names, a named maker, a lab report and any study of this mix. We tried no bottle and report no results.

What is solid and what is missing on the Glyco Harmony label?
The label is solid on its basics and silent on what matters most for a blood sugar product. This review rests on the printed label only, with no tasting and no personal results.
Solid
- A serving of 1 mL and 60 servings per bottle
- Chromium printed at 0.7 mcg, 2% DV
- The blend total printed: 200 mg
- Short directions and storage notes
- A stated FDA registered facility
Missing
- Amounts for each of the 22 names
- A dropper size
- A named maker or certifier
- A published lab report
- Any study of this exact mix
Is 0.7 mcg of chromium a meaningful amount?
Not by comparison with studied doses. The Adequate Intake is 25 to 35 mcg a day, and chromium-only products usually give 200 to 500 mcg (NIH ODS, Chromium fact sheet).
That puts 0.7 mcg under 3% of the intake figure and about 0.35% of a 200 mcg product. Pooled trials of chromium picolinate found changes that were not statistically significant (Yin and Phung 2015, chromium and A1C).
| Figure | Amount | 0.7 mcg is |
|---|---|---|
| Adequate Intake, women 19 to 50 | 25 mcg | 2.8% |
| Adequate Intake, men 19 to 50 | 35 mcg | 2% |
| Common chromium-only product | 200 mcg | 0.35% |
Where is each fact on the Supplement Facts panel?
Each fact sits in a few lines of the panel, and six spots below point to them. Start with the serving, then the chromium line, then the blend.

FAQ01
Glyco Harmony questions people ask
Is Glyco Harmony worth buying?
Whether Glyco Harmony is worth buying depends on what you expect, and no source shows a blood sugar result for this mix. The label prints a 1 mL serving and 60 servings, but not single amounts. Ask a pharmacist.
What are the downsides of Glyco Harmony?
The downsides are what the label omits: no amount for each of 22 names, no dropper size, no named maker and no lab report. Several names also carry interaction notes, so tell your pharmacist.
