The other ingredients are glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. Xylitol is dangerous to dogs (FDA, Xylitol and dogs).

Why does the formula not show each amount?

That order gives limits. Name 1 weighs at least 200 divided by 22, or 9.09 mg. Name k weighs at most 200 divided by k, so name 8 (gymnema) is at most 25 mg and name 7 (green tea) at most 28.6 mg. These are ceilings and floors, never amounts. Most names sit well below their ceilings.
