Glyco Harmony and Blood Sugar: Words, Footnote and Evidence
Glyco Harmony blood sugar wording is limited to two words and a star on the label: "Blood Sugar Support*". The star leads to an FDA statement saying the claim is not evaluated and the drops are not meant to treat any disease. One serving holds 0.7 mcg chromium and a 200 mg blend. No source tests the product.

What does the Glyco Harmony label say about blood sugar?
The label says only "Blood Sugar Support*" on the front, and the star leads to the FDA statement. It makes no other blood sugar statement.
The footnote reads: "*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." The FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements). A sales page goes further than the bottle, and that gap is the thing to watch. Supplement wording may describe how a product is meant to support the body. It may not say the product treats a disease such as diabetes.
| Where | Wording | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Bottle front | "Blood Sugar Support*" | Supplement wording with a disclaimer |
| Bottle footnote | Not evaluated by FDA | The legal limit on the claim |
| Sales page | "The Easiest Way to Manage Type 2" | A disease claim no source backs |
Can a blood sugar supplement replace diabetes medicine?
No. A supplement is not a diabetes medicine, and the American Diabetes Association finds supplements unproven for lowering blood glucose (American Diabetes Association, Vitamins and Supplements).
Chromium, L-arginine, ginseng and gymnema each have a source saying they may add to the effect of insulin or diabetes pills, so low blood sugar is possible. Keep taking prescribed medicine and never change a dose because of a supplement. Confusion, fainting or a seizure needs 911. Tell your doctor about every supplement, including drops, so they can read your numbers with the full picture.
How do you take the drops if you watch your blood sugar?
Start with your medicine list, then follow the label: shake, fill the dropper, swallow.
Show the Supplement Facts to your pharmacist before the first dose. The how to use page covers the dropper gap, because the label never says how much a dropper holds.
- 01
Check the seal and your medicines
On a new bottle, check that the safety seal is intact and read the Supplement Facts. List every medicine you take, especially insulin, diabetes pills, blood-pressure and blood-thinner medicines.
- 02
Shake well
The label says shake well before each use. The drops are a liquid.
- 03
Fill the dropper: 1 or 2 droppers full
The label says 1 or 2 droppers full daily. It does not say how much a dropper holds. The serving size is 1 mL, so this site assumes one dropper full is 1 mL; check the dropper that came with your bottle.
- 04
Place in the mouth and swallow
The label's directions end there. It names no time of day or food rule. The sales page FAQ suggests mornings before a meal; that is not on the label.
- 05
Keep your plan and your notes
A bottle holds 60 mL. At 1 mL a day it lasts 60 days; at 2 mL a day, 30 days. Keep every prescribed medicine, meter check and doctor visit exactly as your team set them.

FAQ01
Glyco Harmony questions people ask
Is there proof that the Glyco Harmony label works on blood sugar?
No source shows that it does, and the label does not claim it. The label says "Blood Sugar Support*" with an FDA footnote. No study has tested the drops, so any firmer promise is a sales statement.
Is the star on the Glyco Harmony label important?
Yes. The star links the front wording to the FDA statement: the claim is not evaluated and the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It marks the limit of what the label can say.
Could the drops add to my diabetes pills or insulin?
It might add to diabetes medicine, because chromium, L-arginine, ginseng and gymnema each have a source saying so. Ask your pharmacist before starting. Shaking, sweating or confusion can be low blood sugar (CDC, Low Blood Sugar (Hypoglycemia)).
